Silvia Isach (Sínoca)
Sílvia Isach (Sínoca) is a visual artist specializing in video mapping. Her practice also extends to immersive and interactive projections, light installations, and live visuals for music, dance, and theater performances. Since her beginnings in live audiovisual performances in 2006, she has been investigating the possibilities of image, technology, light, and space as tools to build visual narratives and transform the perception of places. In her signature work, she starts from a humanistic perspective to explore the emotional dimension of the human experience and address various social issues.
Technology is understood as a medium at the service of the idea: each project stems from a concept and incorporates the necessary technical resources to shape it, whether through video mapping, interaction, light, or other visual languages. Throughout a career spanning nearly twenty years, she has created numerous projects for public spaces, iconic buildings, institutions, and international festivals.
Her work has been presented in Catalonia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, and Japan, and has been recognized with several international awards at leading festivals dedicated to digital arts and light.
